I forgive myself that I accepted and allowed myself to fear giant snapping turtles biting me while swimming.

I forgive myself that I accepted and allowed myself to fear swimming in deep water when I can't see the bottom of the body of water.

When and as I see myself participating within the fear of seeing something while swimming underwater, I stop myself from participating within the fear of seeing something underwater and I realize that I am not this fear - I breath and direct myself through the fear starring the fear down and walking with self-honesty and thereby release it.

When and as I see myself participating within a fear of drowning while swimming, I stop myself from participating within the fear of drowning and realize that I am not this fear of drowning - I breath and direct myself through the fear of drowning and release it.

DAY 27: Who Will Save Me?

I forgive myself that I accepted and allowed myself to define myself as a Christian.

I forgive myself that I accepted and allowed myself to believe that the words in the 'Holy Bible' are absolute truth.

I forgive myself that I accepted and allowed myself to not realize that in worshiping 'God', reading the Bible, and believing Jesus is the savior of humanity I am in fact supporting the crucifixion, supporting the crucifixion of myself as the true self-expression that I am.

I forgive myself that I accepted and allowed myself to remorse in guilt, denial, fear and judgment within myself for allowing the crucifixion of myself as my true self-expression that I am.

I forgive myself that I accepted and allowed myself to believe that Jesus is a savior.

I forgive myself that I accepted and allowed myself to believe that asking Jesus for forgiveness would give me release from my problems - instead of realizing that in asking Jesus for forgiveness I am giving power away to a figment of my imagination and it only produces 'good' feeling.

I forgive myself that I accepted and allowed myself to seek after a good feeling in asking Jesus for forgiveness - I realize that it is only a good feeling and in no way am I taking responsibility for my thoughts/feelings/emotions that generate abuse in this existence.

I forgive myself that I accepted and allowed myself to deny my own self-responsibility in asking Jesus for forgiveness - instead of realizing that forgiveness is a gift to give to myself; a gift of giving myself back to me.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to believe that praying to 'something' 'out there' that I've labeled as God/Jesus is comparable to taking responsibility for myself as all as one as equality - I realize that prayer in no way assists and supports myself or others in this existence in taking responsibility for what has been accepted and allowed.

I forgive myself that I accepted and allowed myself to believe that I am inferior to Jesus.

I forgive myself that I accepted and allowed myself to believe that Jesus will save those who believe in him from going to hell.

I forgive myself that I accepted and allowed myself to believe that Jesus will descend from Heaven and save humanity from an apocalypse.

I forgive myself that I accepted and allowed myself to believe that Jesus will save me from sin.

I forgive myself that I accepted and allowed myself to believe that Jesus was/is more than a man that manifested on Earth and stood as himself to show human beings forgiveness and Love Thy Neighbor As Yourself or the principle of Give and Receive.

I forgive myself that I accepted and allowed myself to believe that Jesus is superior to me.

I forgive myself that accepted and allowed myself to believe that if I do not believe that Jesus is the savior of man then I will burn in a place called hell for eternity.

I forgive myself that I accepted and allowed myself be and live a lie, labeling myself as Christian, because I feared being an 'outcast'.

I forgive myself that I accepted and allowed myself to fear not being liked by Christians.

I forgive myself that I accepted and allowed myself to fear not being liked by Christians.

I forgive myself that I accepted and allowed myself to fear being labeled a heretic by Christians.

I forgive myself that I accepted and allowed myself to believe that human beings have dominion over Earth because of words in the Bible.

I forgive myself that I accepted and allowed myself to believe that human beings are superior to nature.

I forgive myself that I accepted and allowed myself to believe that human beings are superior to the animal kingdom.

I forgive myself that I accepted and allowed myself to separate myself from nature and the animal kingdom by believing I am superior to them.

I forgive myself that I accepted and allowed myself to believe in a God as a mystical man that lives in clouds/heaven.

I forgive myself that I accepted and allowed myself to not realize/understand/see that physical reality is 'God' as all life manifests in the physical and Life is the physical.

I forgive myself that I accepted and allowed myself to blame my family for limiting me to a belief system - instead of standing up and taking self-responsibility for accepting and allowing myself to live the self-dishonest as a belief-system.

I forgive myself that I accepted and allowed myself to believe that sex is shameful/wrong because of a belief system.

I forgive myself that I accepted and allowed myself to believe that Christians are dumb/stupid for believing that simply believing in Jesus Christ will save them and bring them to Heaven - I realize that Heaven will only come about on Earth if human beings stop and change themselves through self-forgiveness and self-honesty to bring about an equal money system that supports all life.

I forgive myself that I accepted and allowed myself to fear speaking up to Christians.

I forgive myself that I accepted and allowed myself to fear speaking against the Holy Bible.

DAY 26: Feeling Sleepy

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to feel a desire to sleep when I seemingly have nothing to do.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to sleep for the sake of passing time when I believe I have nothing to do practically and physical to move myself in.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to desire that state of momentary comfort within and as sleep.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to desire to experience dreams.

I forgive myself that I haven't allowed myself to realize that when I am feeling tired, it is because I as the mind believe I have nothing to occupy my/itself with and desire to experience 'something' within a dreamland - instead of practically participating in physical reality.

I forgive myself that I haven't allowed myself to realize that I can direct myself through feeling sleepy/tired by participating and moving within the physical.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to desire an energetic feeling of being relaxed - instead of realizing that I do not require sleep to relax myself.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to stiffen and weaken my muscles by having slept and not moved around.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to believe that a feeling of sleepiness exists.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to fear being tired during the day.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to experience anger when I do not allow myself to take naps or sleep my life away.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to experience anger when I cannot satisfy a desire to sleep.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to experience frustration what I cannot satisfy a desire to sleep.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to desire oversleeping in the mornings - I realize that when I do this I am sleeping my life away and do not require to oversleep.

I commit myself to stay awake all day - save the 4-6 hours of sleep that a physical human body requires to support itself.

I realize that only the mind needs 8-9 hours of sleep to recharge itself and to use energy out of the human physical body.

When and as I see myself participating within a desire to sleep when unnecessary, I stop myself form participating within a desire to sleep unnecessarily and realize that this desire to sleep is a designed response of the mind consciousness system wanting to recharge itself to sustain itself through my human physical body - so I breath and direct myself through this point by moving myself physically and participating within physical activity to push through the point.

DAY 25: Silent Observer

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to define myself as a silent observer.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to desire to sit idly by as a silent observer, abdicating my voice and my participation within reality as the words I speak; to not take action in situations and to only gather information and knowledge to store within my mind to organize and keep secret to myself as I watch the world pass by.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to abdicate my voice, from time to time, within situations where I would prefer to not participate within conversations due to shyness/fear I experience and unwillingness to communicate openly with other human beings.

I forgive myself myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to define myself as a shy person.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to experience myself as shy.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to be unwilling to participate within conversation with other human beings due to a fear to communicate openly with another.

I forgive myself that I accept and allow myself to experience fear within situations where I see myself being exposed to openness in communication with other human beings.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to desire only saying the bare minimum in conversation  because I would rather speak as little as possible - giving only sound bites instead of fully explaining myself and communicating honestly with another.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to play guessing games with people where I'll say as little as possible, wanting them to guess what I'm meaning to say - instead of saying what I mean and not playing games with people's heads.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to desire that people guess and try to figure out what I'm saying to them using as little words/speech as possible - instead of fully explaining myself and speaking specifically and directly in situations or putting it all on the table, as it were.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to desire not explaining myself - I realize that not wanting to explain myself is another form of hiding from myself and another.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to prefer exhibiting a silent exterior while all the while thoughts are buzzing in my mind within me, making wild assumptions/accusations about the situation(s) I am participating in - instead of asking questions or communicating to people about the situation here physically.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to participate in 'thinking' myself through a task or activity, encouraging myself to participate within thoughts/feelings/emotions even more - instead of talking myself through, Here, physically where reality is actually occurring and I can actually live the words and enjoy the activity or task in stability as breath.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to judge myself as crazy for talking to myself during activities I participate within.

I forgive myself that I haven't allowed myself to realize that having voices in my head that I have defined as me is unacceptable.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to abdicate my voice or the words I speak because of a fear of being told that I'm wrong or being told 'no'.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to fear being told that I am wrong.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to fear being told 'no'.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to not realize that it is my ego that is affected or given offense when I am told I'm wrong or told no - I realize that who I am is capable of taking criticism from another.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to remain quite when and as I experience anger.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to not realize that if I stay quiet when I experience anger, it's likely that I will have an outburst an possibly say something I could have done without.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to fear stumbling or stuttering my words when I speak - I realize that this fear only substantiates the stumbling and stuttering that may occur.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to fear making another or others angry when I speak.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to fear not making sense or logic.

I forgive myself that I haven't allowed myself to realize that I am the words I speak.

I commit myself to open myself to communication with others.

I commit myself to using my words within what is best for all - within equality and oneness.

When and I see myself fearing to speak in a situation, I stop myself form participating within the fear to speak  and realize that this fear is not who I am and that I am the words I speak - so I direct myself, I breath and I move myself through this point.

When and as I see myself desiring to remain a silent observer, I stop myself from participating within the desire to remain a silent observer and I speak and participate within reality and the moment - I direct myself, I am breathing and I move myself through this point.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to believe that I am entitled to more privileges than another because I am healthier than some/most human beings on Earth - I realize that I am healthier by virtue of the location and social structure I was born into and currently live in, not because I am more 'valuable' than another human being.

DAY 19: Going Out of the House

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to believe that I can stay home all day and still change myself practically and effectively without interacting with physical reality as me as all as oneness and equality.

I forgive myself that I've accepted and allowed myself to fool myself into believing that I am obligated to stay home because there's work to do inside that's more important than going outside and interacting with the world.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to con myself into staying inside all day day when there is supposedly work to do in the house, when I actually do not even do work around the house, I distract myself with bullshit.

I forgive myself that I haven't allowed myself to see/realize/understand the ludicrousness of a belief that I can stay indoors, by myself, and still practically/effectively live and participate in existence with other human beings and all other life.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to become attached to home because that is where I am comfortable.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to become attached to home because that is where free food is. I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to fear losing free food.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to become attached to home because that is where the entertainment on the computer is. I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to fear losing opportunities to entertain myself and distract myself by 'playing' on the computer.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to become addicted to information I find on the internet that I become/am entertained by because I've allowed myself to believe that I am actually learning anything about myself or what is happening in the world by staring at a screen the majority of a day.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to become addicted to entertaining myself with useless information I find/read on the internet.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to believe that I am actually learning anything or doing anything practical with the information I read on the internet, especially if I do not use it practically or apply it.

I forgive myself that I haven't allowed myself to practically apply and live any useful information I may find on the internet, instead I store it away in the confines of my mind, building myself up as the self-defined accumulator of information.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to define myself as an information accumulator.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to become addicted to accumulating information.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to become addicted to the 'good' feeling when I take in new information.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to define myself according to a relationship I have created in my mind with my dog.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to become attached to my dog.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to fear losing a perceived relationship I've created in my mind with my dog.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to fear being perceived as 'heartless' for releasing attachment I had to a dog.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to fear losing all the time that I spend entertaining myself and distracting myself instead of going outside to actually live and apply myself practically in this world as all of reality.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to fear going out into the world and making an effective/practical/living change in myself and in the world as reality.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to fear interacting through and as myself in the physical reality with other human beings.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to fear being embarrassed when interacting/participating within reality.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to fear the unknown as what is unexpected when I go out into the world and actually/really/practically participate within it and interact with it to bring about change that is best for self and best for all.

I forgive myself that I have allowed myself to form an expectation in my mind that practically participating/interacting with physical reality, outside of the house, will be 'horrible' because I am more comfortable inside where I won't be exposed to anything like physical interaction, or communication with another human.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to fear communicating with human beings outside of my own perceived comfort zone and relationship circle.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to be comfortable with stagnation and not interacting/participating within reality..

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to limit myself to only interacting with another human being if and when an occasion calls for it or if I feel comfortable

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to define myself as an observer, thus limiting myself as a participant within this reality, and only interacting/communicating with another/others if and when an occasion calls for it or if I am comfortable.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to limit my participation within physical reality by not using my communication skills to the best of my ability.

I realize that I am not the fear of stopping my habit of staying inside most of the day.

I realize that I am not the fear of interacting and participating within physical reality, making a living change as what is best for all.

I realize that I am not the fear of stepping outside and taking the first step to living change.

I commit myself to practically interact and participate with reality by going outside and communicating to other human beings.

When and as I see myself participating in an apprehension/fear to practically participate outdoors, I stop myself from participating within this fear to participate outdoors and realize that I am not this fear of practically participating outdoors - I stop, breath, and direct myself out the door and actually interact and participate with other human beings 'outside' and in reality.

I forgive myself that I haven't allowed myself to be humble.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to believe/tell myself that I don't have to write myself out to know myself.

I forgive myself that I haven't allowed myself to see/realize/understand that thoughts/feelings/emotions cover up who I really am - I realize that I must uncover the 'real me' by releasing the thoughts/feelings/emotions.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to participate within the thought that self-forgiveness isn't the best way to assist and support myself in stopping the mind and bringing myself Here.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to believe/tell myself that I don't really have to forgive myself for allowing myself to have lived as the thoughts/words/deeds that I have created as abuse in this existence and within my perspective

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to participate in the thought 'Why do I have to/need to write self forgiveness?'

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to believe/perceive that I am not responsible for myself and this existence out of arrogance.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to believe that I am not directly responsible for every consequence manifested within and as this existence.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to participate in an unwillingness to humble myself and realize that I change who I am within self-writing and self-forgiveness to change what I do to bring a practical living change.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to desire remaining ignorant to/of myself and what I have accepted and allowed to exist within and without.

I forgive myself that I haven't allowed myself to accept self-responsibility for every thought/word/deed that I have accepted and allowed to exist in and of myself as who I am.

I forgive myself that I haven't allowed myself to accept self-responsibility for every thought/feeling/emotion that exist within me as the mind.

I forgive myself that I haven't accepted and allowed myself to see/realize/understand that thoughts/feelings/emotions are illusory and deceptive.

I forgive myself that I haven't accepted and allowed myself to see/realize/understand that there is consequence for every thought/feeling/emotion that I participate within.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to make a habit out of only stopping the thoughts/feelings/emotions that I dislike or believe couldn't benefit me - I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to believe that thoughts/feelings/emotions can be beneficial to my well-being in anyway whatsoever, instead of realizing that every thought/feeling/emotion is a deception/illusion and literally sucks the life out of me.

I forgive myself that I haven't accepted and allowed myself to have a look at the thoughts/feelings/emotions that supposedly have me 'feeling' good - I realize that this good feeling is positive energy based in deception.

I forgive myself that I haven't allowed myself to see/realize/understand that positive energy creates negative energy within me and the mind.

I forgive myself that I haven't accepted and allowed myself to see/realize/understand that I am going to have to expose every single thought/feeling/emotion and thought/word/deed I have ever participated in if I am to be humble.

I forgive myself that I haven't allowed myself to humble myself in using the tool self-writing/self-forgiveness.

I commit myself to remain humble and to walk this process slowly while stopping every thought/feeling/emotion that will cause a thought/word/deed to create an abusive consequence within and as existence as me as all as equality and oneness.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to desire knowing what other beings are doing with themselves - I realize that I am not this desire to know more, but it is the mind that desires accumulation of meaningless drivel.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to fear missing out on the biggest news - I realize that I am not this fear of missing out on the biggest news, and that it is he mind that desires new knowledge of the outside world to sustain its existence and being up to date.

DAY 16: Food as a Favorite Pastime

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to become obsessed with eating food.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to become obsessed with the thought/idea of eating food.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to become obsessed with the thought when am I going to eat next.

I forgive myself that I accept and allow myself to eat past the point of being satisfied or being full and overwork my physical body unnecessarily by having it digest more food.

I forgive myself that I haven't allowed myself to realize that when I overeat and my body have to work more than necessary to digest the extra food that I've eaten, attention is taken away from other parts of my body that may require attention and dis-ease is created.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to manifest dis-ease within myself/physical body by overeating.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to waste food unnecessarily by overeating.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to fear starving.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to desire eating snacks a lot of the time.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to eat based on how good it looks or tastes - instead of eating food based on how it is able to assist and support my human physical body and provide fuel to sustain myself.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to disregard healthy food in place of junk food because junk food tastes better - instead I realize that the best option for me is to eat the best food for me that will support my human physical body.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to perceive food as a source of comfort for me.

I forgive myself that I haven't allowed myself to realize that food does not provide comfort, but my perception that it does allows me to perceive that I am comfortable in eating food.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to believe that food assists and supports me when I am feeling sad - instead of realizing that the illusion and belief that food somehow medicates me or supports me in my feeling of sadness is only a created deception in and of the mind and I need to deal with the feeling of sadness effectively, physically, not putting it off to the side by eating energy.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to believe that food creates good feelings within my human physical body - I realize that the good feelings are manifestations of energy of and as the mind, based in illusion/deception.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to become overweight by overeating and eating food that does not physically support me.

I forgive myself that I haven't accepted and allowed myself to realize that the overeating, overindulging, and desiring of more food than is necessary is only the mind wanting more energy for itself so it is able to sustain its existence - I realize that my human physical body only requires so much food to support itself, but the mind wants and desires more.

I realize that I am not this obsession I have created with eating food, overeating food, and eating food that does not physically support me.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to become addicted to salty tasting food.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to overindulge in salty foods.

I realize that I am not the addiction to eating food that I have created in myself.

I realize that I am not this desire to constantly eat food.

I realize that I am not this discomfort and disease I have created in myself by way of overeating and eating non-supportive food.

I commit myself to eating food only to assist and support me physically and to enjoy food only when it is necessary for me to eat - when I am hungry or require sustenance to support myself.

I commit myself to stop my obsession and addiction to food as it does not assist and support me and only creates disease and discomfort within me physically, both unnecessary.
